Business or pleasure, weekend away or temporary relocation, the Pierce Hotel, was meticulously designed with our guest's ultimate comfort in mind with each unit featuring a Premium King Size memory foam mattress, rain shower, in-suite laundry room, fully equipped kitchen, Nespresso Coffee and Smart TV. We encourage you to step outside and start your tour by spending a day at the museum of fine arts, see a live hockey game at the Bell Center, eat at renowned restaurants like Ristorante Beatrice and end your day peacefully in what we have proudly created to be your home away from home. Online check-in requires a valid government-issued ID, a selfie with the ID, and a pre-authorized security deposit to be completed before check-in. A C$300 security deposit will be pre-authorized on the guest's credit card at check-in. Our cleaning team will intervene at 11:00 AM on the day of departure, and in case of damage, a report with pictures will be sent after the evaluation. If no issues are found, the pre-authorization will be released within forty-eight (48) hours of departure. Please note our virtual front desk is available 7 days a week via text, email, and phone. We provide a contactless check-in experience using a unique access code for building and room entry via a smart lock. A maximum of 2 guests per room and up to 2 visitors until 11PM are allowed. Security cameras monitor common areas; non-compliance may lead to expulsion and loss of the security deposit.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
