You’ll then choose one of the following: - £500 damage deposit: a pre-authorisation on your credit card, released within 14 days of departure. This will incur a £10 processing fee (equivalent amount may vary outside the UK, depending on exchange rates). - £35 damage waiver: a non-refundable option covering accidental damages up to £500. For damages exceeding this amount, the lead guest will be contacted by Truvi to cover the excess. Truvi verification must be completed at least two weeks before check-in.
