In the Northanmptonshire countryside, Elm Tree Farm Accommodation offers a range of accommodation to suit your needs next to the Grand Union Canal, and opposite the infamous Navigation Inn Pub. The pub offers an extensive menu, including breakfast, lunch and dinner. On-site facilities including, free parking and free WiFi. The accommodation includes 1 and 2-bedroom cottages, as well as studios and apartments. All are self catering and have full kitchen facilities and a dining area. There is a bathroom with shower and, in the 2-bedroom cottages, a bath. All properties have access to an outdoor dining area and garden furniture with views over the courtyard gardens. The property is a 2 minute drive from Cosgrove village, 15 minute drive from Central Milton Keynes, 20 minutes’ drive from Northampton, and just over 10 minutes from Towcester Racecourse. Guests will receive detailed directions to the property 3 days prior to arrival. Instructions regarding key collection and check-in access will also be provided on the day of arrival. When travelling with pets upon request, please note that an extra charge of GBP 10 per pet per night applies. Maximum of 1 pet is allowed. Extra beds are subject to availability, and it is the customer's responsibility to contact the property beforehand to check and confirm that they are available. Please note that guests who wish to use the barbecue facilities need to inform the property 48 hours in advance. Please note that not all of the rooms are equipped and suitable for Wheelchair users. Only the Twin Studio (2 Adults) - Disability Access room is suitable for guests with reduced mobility.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
