Viale Belfiore, Nr. 55, 50144 Florence
Thanks to The Social Hub Belfiore's strategic location in the San Jacopino neighborhood, it is easy to reach every corner of Florence: just a 1-minute walk from the streetcar stop, 5 minutes from the nearest bus stop, 9 from Santa Maria Novella central station, 15 from the city center, and 20 from the airport by streetcar.
The Social Hub Florence Belfiore is a place open to everyone with the added bonus of a park open to the public on the terrace, a street with businesses, a parking lot (also open to the city), and the facilities that house 550 rooms have within them our hybrid hospitality formula intended for those who want to stay with us one night as well as a whole year, as well as services such as bars and restaurants, the gym, and the swimming pool.
A place specially designed as a gathering space to encourage the intermingling of citizens, professionals, travelers and students in a model, unique in the hospitality industry, that aims to bring together diverse people and communities. On the rooftop, there is a 7,000-square-meter terrace with large green areas open to the public, where as many as 60 different species of vegetation are installed, creating a true rooftop garden.
