Business traveler
It was frustrating to know that the air conditioning is centrally controlled and it is not possible to adjust the temperature in the room. It was warm and had two nights of almost no sleep. Upon asking the hotel staff, they responded saying that since the weather outside is cold, we have switched on the heating in all rooms and hence cannot use air conditioning. All the rooms in the hotel having the same temperature, which is controlled by the staff is ridiculous to me and I would personally never ever stay again in such a hotel.
