Services must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance through our Hospitality Hosts. Parking: Paid parking is available in the alley behind the building. Please do not leave valuables in your vehicle. Suite Variations: Layout, furniture, and décor may vary slightly from photos. Quiet Hours: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Damage Deposit: A CAD $500 credit card hold is processed a few days before arrival. It’s released within 7 days of check-out, pending inspection. Guest Requirements: Photo ID and credit card are required for check-in. All special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. No Parties: Hen, stag, or similar group events are not permitted. Please inform us of your estimated arrival time in advance.
