Heisterholz offers its own cuisine - based on the course of the seasons and on what is growing and flourishing in the region. Whether for breakfast, lunch, afternoon coffee or evening: you get Westerwald quality and freshness. Most of the meat comes from our own slaughter or from farmers in the West Forest in the neighborhood, the fish from our trout ponds. And to refine our dishes, we use the many fresh herbs and vegetables from our own herb garden. And of course we use our own potatoes from the cooperative field in Orfgen for the side dishes and dishes. What we harvest from nature, tasty and carefully prepared, is a treat - also for the eye.
