Our apartment building is perfectly located in the center of Neckarsulm. Business travelers can quickly and easily reach the surrounding companies and business centers (e.g. Audi, Kolbenschmidt Rheinmetall, Lidl/Kaufland/Schwarz, Bechtle...) as well as the Intersport RedBlue exhibition center. Private parking spaces are also available (for a fee). Neckarsulm is easily accessible due to its proximity to the A6 highway. Heilbronn is approx. 5 minutes away. The good train connections also make it easy to travel by public transport. The apartment building is located directly at the Neckarsulm Mitte S-Bahn station, approx. 1 min. walk away. In the immediate vicinity you will find shopping facilities, restaurants, supermarkets and many cultural and leisure activities.

Exit the A6 at exit 37-Heilbronn/Neckarsulm. Follow the B27 towards Neckarsulm. Take the Neckarsulm-Süd exit and turn left onto Rötelstraße. After about 1.5 km, turn right onto Urbanstraße, then turn right onto Grabenstraße. Grabenstraße 5 is about 200 meters on the right.
Take the S-Bahn S41 or S42 from Heilbronn Central Station to Neckarsulm. Get off at the 'Neckarsulm Mitte' stop. Grabenstraße 5 is located directly at the S-Bahn station.
