Size of the room, breakfast room, variety in the food for breakfast
Acoustic insulation: the doors of all the rooms nearby could be heard as if they were our own. We didn't manage to get a proper regulation of the temperature: it was either very hot (automatic) or cold, like the display was not showing the actual room temperature. The pillows are terrible...
