Badezimmerausstattung mit Badewanne ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß und auf die Größe des Zimmers bezogen zu klein. Die Raumtemperatur war zu hoch, trotz abgeschalteter Heizung. Änderung der Rechnung wegen verkürztem Aufenthalt nicht möglich.
