If the credit card details provided by the client are invalid or incomplete, Candó reserves the right not to reserve the room. If the client does not respond to the payment messages for their reservation, once the grace period for cancellation has elapsed, Candó will proceed to release the room.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
