Rooftop City Residence is located on the PEST side, just a few minutes’ walk from Keleti Railway Station, and the city center, which gives our guests a great opportunity to start exploring the city. Our calm rooftop garden is a perfect place to lay down and relax. Keleti Railway Station is the closest (5 minutes’ walk) public transportation stop, where Metro line 2 (M2) 4 (M4) and also the buses, trams, and trolleybuses are running. City Park (where the famous Széchenyi Bath, Vajdahugyad Castle, BalloonFly, City Park Ice Rink, boating lake, Heroes’ Square, ZOO, and House of Music, are located) is also within a short walk from us. All of our rooms are equipped with air-conditioning, a closet for storage, a mini fridge, a safe, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a 43” smart LED TV for the perfect comfort and convenience. Private underground parking is also located in the building.Please inform Rooftop City Residence in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. The reception is open from 7:00–19:00, besides that time the check-in and check-out is possible with our keyboxes. Please note a surcharge of EUR 20 applies for late arrivals. Please note for cases requiring non-urgent assistance after reception opening hours, we may charge a fee of EUR 20 per occasion, if the problem was not caused by the fault of the host. Please note smoking is strictly forbidden in the whole facility, including the balcony and rooftop garden as well. In case of smoking, you will receive a fine, that has to be paid. Please note extreme dirt in the rooms is also considered damage, so if the room requires a deep cleaning after the particular guest, the deposit will not be returned.
