Due to heritage restrictions, the building has no elevator, which adds to its character but may not suit guests with mobility needs. Guests appreciate our unusually spacious rooms, each designed with a comfortable bed, inviting sitting areas, and a calm, harmonious atmosphere — perfect for both relaxation and work. Relax on our cosy rooftop terrace with its small garden, or step outside to explore — we’re just 100 metres from Rustaveli Metro and 120 metres from the Opera House, surrounded by cafés and restaurants.
