Maagan Holiday Village is located on the shores of the Sea of Gallilee. It offers a unique holiday experience for the whole family, with a private beach, a children’s playground and an outdoor swimming pool. All rooms at this peaceful resort overlook the Sea of Galliee, and have a private terrace or balcony. Free WiFi is offered in the lobby, and the restaurant serves Kosher meals. Maagan Holiday Village Kibbutz Hotel is a good destination from which to explore holy Christian sites and parts of Northern Israel such as Upper Galilee, Beit Shean Valley and the main Christian shrines. Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers. For guests booking from outside of Israel, the tax is not included in the total price. Guests are advised that on Saturdays and on Jewish holidays check-in time may be delayed, and rooms will only be ready after 19:00 or even later. The maximum age for children in family rooms is 18 years. Guests are kindly requested not to bring motorised boats, jet skis, stereos or karaoke machines to the property as they cannot be accommodated. Check out on Saturday until 17:00
