Any guest must be registered before 10 pm. No unregistered visitors allowed after 10 pm. Only one additional guest is allowed to stay overnight during your stay. External visitors’ daily rate of consumption: $US 30. No minor visitors are allowed. Only 2 visitors per room. Guests must provide the physical credit card of the reservation holder for hotel records; in case the guest is not the cardholder please contact us for information regarding the process to follow. We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the accidental, deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the hotel's property. Hotel insurance has a cost of $COP 9.000 per person/night and it will be charged unless otherwise stated.
