Located on Mermaid Beach, Albatross North Apartments is a 5-minute drive from Jupiters Hotel & Casino. The Gold Coast Airport is a 20-minute drive away, and Movieworld, Dreamworld, and Wetnwild theme parks are a 30-minute drive. All apartments feature a dining and lounge area with a flat-screen TV and a DVD player. They have a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom, and some apartments have a private balcony from the master bedroom. Enjoy a swim at the patrolled beach directly opposite the property, or hire a pair of binoculars and whale watch from your balcony.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Albatross North Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of AUD 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. You must show a valid credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. Please note that Albatross North does not accept payments with American Express credit cards. Please note that there is a 1.5% charge when you pay with a Visa or Mastercard credit card. Please note that Albatross North requires an AUD 300 credit card pre-authorisation upon check in to cover any incidental charges. Please note that this property is strictly non-smoking inside the building, the guest rooms and balconies. Baby cots are available upon reservation. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. Please note that this property has a 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made.
