A £250 deposit is required when booking a Two Bedroom Suite or any category for a stay of 7 nights or longer. The deposit can be paid in advance or upon arrival. The deposit will be released upon departure minus any incidental damages or unpaid charges. Please note that it can take up to 7 working days for the security deposit to be credited following departure. This may take longer than 7 working days for non-UK bank cards & prepaid cards. Supercity Aparthotels reserves the right to make any additional charges to your credit card which may not be covered by the security deposit. You will be notified by email of any additional charges.
