This was the only hotel available/within guidelines on the booking site. Been many times but this is the first that Breakfast did not come with the meal. Room price I felt a little steep but expect that in these times. I still will use this hotel as its covenient
The hotel rooms and corridors have not been refurbished since I have been coming here for many years. The rooms are looking a little tired
-Property description-, the kings head is an impressive 200-year-old hotel, located in the market town of wimborne minister., With its high ceilings and large windows this, elegant residence is evocative of a bygone era, complemented by plenty of modern comforts., Traditional design and architecture is woven, throughout the property from the old photographs, that decorate its walls to the furnishings and, historic exterior. In the bar and restaurant, traditional english food and a range of real ales, premium lagers and fine wines are on offer while, the guestrooms feature free wi-fi traditional, decor and en-suite bathrooms. Free parking is, available as are meeting facilities for groups of, up to 20 people. These facilities make the hotel, perfect for business and leisure travellers alike.
We have 27 en suite bedrooms, ranging from singles, doubles, twins, family rooms and a feature room for that special occasion. All rooms are individual in design and in keeping with the historic character of the hotel. In your room you'll find direct dial telephones, colour TV, ironing station, hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities. Please be aware the lift is not working at the hotel.
