Villa d'Este is situated in the heart of Arcachon, just 300 metres from the beach and 600 metres from the town centre. It offers luxurious apartments with balconies or terraces. The apartments at the Villa d'Este are spacious and can accommodate up to 6 people. Each has a living area with sofa bed and TV with satellite channels. They also feature a dining area, and an equipped kitchen with a microwave and fridge. The residence is located a 1 hour drive from Bordeaux, next to the Bassin d’Arcachon. Arrivals are from 16:00 to 20:00 on Saturdays. If you plan to arrive outside check-in times, please contact the property a few days before arrival to obtain the access codes. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. A EUR 59 weekly fee applies per pet (10 € per night in case of short stay). Max 2 pets are authorized. Please note that bed linen and towels aren't provided, you can bring your own linen or rent them at the property for the following extra charges - Bed linen: 9 €/person - Linen kit (bath sheet, towel, tea towel): 9 €/kit. For stays of 7 nights or more, the client is responsible for the final cleaning. A fee will be charged if the accommodation is not left clean upon departure. An option "Final cleaning except kitchenette" can be booked with the reception or in advance via the reservation service. Contact the residence directly or the reservation service to know the prices. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
