Reception opening hours during summer are as follows: every day from 09:00 to 12:30 and from 17:00 to 20:00, except on check-in and check-out days when reception is open from 07:00 to 20:00. During winter, reception is open Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:30 and from 17:00 to 20:00, and Saturday and Sunday from 07:00 to 22:00. Please note that these opening hours may be subject to change, and guests are kindly advised to contact the residence before arrival. For stays of one week, keys are available from 17:00 on the day of arrival and must be returned by 10:00 on the day of departure. In the main building, the lift does not serve the fifth floor or some apartments located on the first floor. In case of a specific request regarding apartment allocation, please contact the reception.
