Back in Dickens' time, Clerkenwell was a busy place full of people making books, watches, jewelry, and trading in markets. Some of these businesses are still around. With that history in mind, Ruby Stella feels like an old, cozy reading room. Everything in the bar is about books, from pens to big printing machines, ending with fancy book covers.
