Hotel Treixas is located in Puebla de Sanabria, within the Sanabria Nature Reserve. Housed in a restored 14th-century building, this hotel offers a spa, swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, and experience shower for an additional fee. The elegant and modern suites feature a flat-screen TV, and each has a private bathroom with a hairdryer, bathrobe, and slippers. The hotel has a communal lounge where guests can relax and there is also a bar. The spa is temporarily closed due to maintenance. The hotel has a modern aerothermal system that provides efficient and sustainable climate control in both the rooms and common areas. Vehicles are allowed to reach the hotel except on holidays or events organized by the city council, but then guests must park outside the historic center. During the summer months, parking is NOT permitted in the historic center. PLEASE CHECK PARKING BLACKOUT DATES. The beautiful landscapes surrounding Las Treixas are ideal for hiking, and you can also enjoy fishing and canoeing on the Tera and Castro rivers. Lake Sanabria is just a 15-minute drive away, and the Portuguese border is approximately a 20-minute drive away. Please note that the access to the Spa carries an extra charge and must be booked in advance. Please note that breakfast is served from 09:00 until 10:30 daily.
