Business traveler

The room was not very clean. From the moment I walked into the room on the 1st day, it smelt like cigarette smoke & feces. The sheets & the towels were also not clean. But I arrived at 7pm in the evening, so it was too late to ask for the room to be re-cleaned. On the following day, I left a note on the bed asking for the sheets to be changed but when I checked it, I still saw the same stains from the previous day, so I don't think the sheets were changed.
