Hotel Description
Located on a beautiful plot on the coastal boardwalk of the historic center of La Paz in Baja California Sur - the project entails a 32-room boutique hotel for design pioneers Grupo Habita. The existing villa dating from the early twentieth century - 1910. For little story - is that this house belonged to a family whose job was to collect pearls from oysters. The atmosphere that was given to us by the existing building was so strong that it was the common thread for the whole project.
