It's only a 10-minute drive to the trade fair and a short distance to the city center. The very quiet rooms are ideal for both short stays for business and city trips as well as for a longer vacation in Nuremberg. There are three subway stations in the immediate vicinity (opera house, main station, Plärrrer). Nuremberg Airport is 8km away from the apartment house.

The apartment house, owner-managed by host Kathrin ❤, is located in the middle of Nuremberg's Südstadt, right next to Siemens, in a central but very quiet location. It's only about a 10 minute drive to the trade fair and a short distance to the city center. The 16 apartments in total are stylishly furnished and have a fully equipped kitchenette for self-catering with a microwave, hob, coffee machine, kettle, dishes and cutlery. In the living area, guests enjoy high-speed WiFi for the use of smart TVs with Netflix, Amazon Prime and much more. There are new appliances in the bathroom. Thanks to 24-hour self check-in, there are no waiting times at reception. Every guest can arrange their arrival and departure flexibly.
