Ich bin viel gewohnt und sehr anspruchsvoll, und war trotzdem hier von sehr vielem positiv überrascht.

Check-in verwirrend: man steht vor der Zimmertür, kommt nicht rein (bekommt nur Fehlermeldung, aber keinen Hinweis, daß man vielleicht unten die physische Karte nicht geholt hat) und denkt man muß auf dem Flur schlafen. Findet dann umständlich raus, daß es schon vor dem Hotel die Zimmerkarte gegeben hätte (worauf beim Check-in nicht klar hingewiesen wird), rennt wieder runter, hält mit einem Bein die Tür auf um sicher zu sein, wenigstens auf dem Flur statt draußen schlafen zu können, und so weiter. Dies ist sowas zum Abgewöhnen, und voll daneben konzipiert.
