Hotel located in the center of the city easy access to U-bahn and DB. shopping is easy, near to Library.

I was requested for a deposit which wasn't specified in the terms when booking.
I was asked to pay/authorize the hotel bill upfront, which was also not specified during booking. Deposit not returned after 4 business days even though it was said it would be done right after check-out.
