Comfortable Room. Good Wifi signal. Decaf coffee, tea & one sachet of hot chocolate in the room
Multiple Gluten Free Breakfast options which were well segregated, including providing a Gluten Free toaster. Other dietary needs were well labelled.

One interior window would not latch, but loosely held in place by curtains. One particular hallway is highly used by guests to reach a satellite building and the carpet is beginning to wear.at joints and around the lift call button.

Air conditioning too hot, and they turn off at midnight. Really hard to sleep like that.
