Ich hatte mich leider bei der Buchung im Datum vertan, das Hotel hat sich völlig unkulant gezeigt und war in keiner Weise bereit eine kundenfreundliche Lösung zu suchen,trotz meines Angebotes die Buchung gegen Aufzahlung umzubuchen. Zudem war weder das Hotel, noch die Buchungszentrale einfach telefonisch zu erreichen. In Anbetracht des hohen Zimmerpreises ist das insgesamt ein schwacher Service, auch wenn der Fehler ursprünglich bei mir lag. Das kenne ich von anderen Hotels definitiv anders im Bemühen! Ich kann daher das Hotel niemand empfehlen
