Please blacklist the hotel, when I arrived they told me rooms are not empty and I have to stay in one more hotel close by.. this is after calling in the morning to inform them that I am arriving in the evening. Please don’t book anyone in this hotel which is an utter mess in terms of communication and irrational behavior. Instead of staying there for 2 days, I cancelled my stay for the 2nd day since I dint have the option to do so on the first day. Please delist them and register a complaint on the hotel
