Sauberkeit, Optik/Ambiente und die Lage.
Zufahrt in die Tiefgarage gestaltete sich schwer, da Schrankensystem defekt. Erst nach einem Hin- und her reingekommen. Kassen alle defekt, erst nach einem Hin- und her konnte man bezahlen und rausfahren. Das Zimmer war leider sehr laut! Erst dachte ich, dass es die Klimaanlage ist, aber es waren anscheinend Wasserleitungen die ein lautes "zischen" verursacht haben. Sehr störend.

the spaciousness of the room
check-out time was 11 a.m. Returning 10h30 from breakfast, I found my room locked. took two attempts to involve staff to assist opening the room. Just in the middle of a slot I planned taking an important phone call.
Plus: I don´t understand why the bathroom got flooded after using the shower with closed cabin doors and a barrier between shower cabin and the rest of the bath. It all spilled through the bath room and eventually into the room itself.
