This old 19th century summer house was converted into a tourist establishment in 1960 and in 2004 was completely modernised although its family atmosphere and individual, welcoming nature were preserved.In 2013 all rooms have been completely updated and received a spectacular new look. Its 33 rooms, all very individual and welcoming, have recently been modernised and are equipped with an air-conditioning, satellite TV, telephone,free wi-fi, safe (no charge) and parquet floor, so you can enjoy the views from their balconies and terraces in comfort. One outstanding feature is its exceptional à-la-carte restaurant on the edge of the beach. Hotel Bahía offers the following services: 24-hour reception (with car hire service, exchange, medical service, etc.), bar-cafeteria with snack and breakfast service, and for all you lovers of good cuisine, a restaurant right next to the beach where you can enjoy its fish specialities. Located within the pedestrian area of Puerto de Pollensa, Hotel Bahía is practically overlooking the sea and is very close (just 200 m) to the very centre of the tourist town with all its businesses, bars and public transport links. On the seafront in one of the most peaceful areas of the Port, Hotel Bahía is on Paseo Vora Mar (locally known as Pine Promenade), some 2 km long, which leads to a old and privileged yet inaccessible military area. Views are magnificent all along the promenade as can be seen from the fact that the paintings of artist Anglada Camarassa, who also has part of the Promenade named after him, were inspired by this landscape.
