All our food is organic and sourced from local region. For your health, the Hôtel Georges is committing to beeing environment friendly : the bathroom linen is made of organic cotton certified Max Havelaar ; welcome gifts are also organic. Cleaning products are certified Ecolabel and a great effort is made on recycling water bottles, jam jars, soaps.
