Coming from Salzburg you stay on the motorway A8 and cross the Mittlerer Ring until the Rosenheimer Straße. Please follow this street until you reach the Isartor. In front of the Isartor (large arch) you turn right into the Karl-Scharnagl Ring, cross the Maximilianstraße and turn at the next street right into the Bürkleinstraße, at the end of the street right into the St. Anna-Straße.
