support of the staff with check in. and other queries. 

at this rates one can expect a proper professional coffeemaker serving varieties of coffee, i.e. espresso, macciato americano, capucino, kleiner und grosser brauner … or at minimum a nespressomstyle coffemaker in the room.. an d the lighting of the room could be brighter
