Located in Asuncion downtown in the middle of the historic center. Palmaroga Hotel is housed in a building from the early 1900s with a fascinating facade lobby and common areas and a boutique hotel decoration combined with the comfort and technology of a corporate hotel. This fusion makes it a unique hotel in the country.Its location allows guests to enjoy the old Asuncion buildings waterfront shopping and allows them to be close to the corporate axis and main government offces. Covid 19 precaution protocols Housekeeping protocols We are taking additional steps to ensure the safety of our guests. We are constantly working to ensure we are meeting the latest guidance on hygiene and are actively monitoring updates from our local government advisories. Cleaning and disinfecting protocols to clean all guestrooms after guests depart and before net guest arrives are closely monitored. There is a 48 hour minimum vacancy between every guest. Particular attention is paid to high touch items such as TV remote controls light switches bathroom sinks etc. We have also increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting in public areas with a focus at elevators door handles public bathrooms front desk counter and even guestroom keys. Staff care Please note that same cleaning and disinfecting protocols are being applied to our back of the house areas where staff members work. We are also constantly providing our associate members ongoing training on housekeeping and hygiene protocols following local authorities guidance. 1. Handwashing and temperature control is required before entering the Property and constantly while on duty. 2. Staggered working time arrangements are being placed to avoid crowding 3.
