Location, and the room layout and maintenance of room, bath room & bed, and luggage space. Cleanliness is good.
The staff who's in-charge of the reception, told me that I had to be a little more patient when I checked with him the 2 time if my room is ready or not, not in a very friendly manner. I thought this was not professional.
