Evaluations of Hôtel Mercure Paris Terminus Nord
Room cleanliness and huge space also good breakfast. location is good, close to tram stop.
Location and room facilities are the best
cleanliness of the room. some parts are cracking and have a black-spot. Staff who save the luggage is not friendly at all.
Hotel is in poor state of repair
Room was too samll
many things in the room were damaged (curtains almost impossible to close, damaged tiles in bathroom etc.) and it was a real maze to get to the room (very far from the elevator, of which one was broken, very narrow corridor).
For the price, there are some expectations. Internet connection did not work. Torn down elevators were not functionning in the morning. Bathroom is a pity, cheap, shallow bathtub with cheap added shower head not functionning properly due to calc buildup. Whole thing should have been changed for newer years ago. Room is noisy but that was expected, being close to the train station. Rest of the room is ok. Standard, the only perks being ridiculous fruits on the table. Nothing eatable. And a coffee machine. I have to point out that I got a ´´privilege room´´.
Just opposite to Terminus Nord at a central location. The room quality is really good.
Corridors looks old
Sehr verkehrsgünstige Lage mit Metro und Gare du Nord direkt am Hotel
Klimaanlage im Zimmer hat nicht funktioniert, WLAN kostenpflichtig
Directly opposite Gare du Nord, perfect to catch the 1st Eurostar. Rooms was clean but need a revamp.
The area is just so bad, I picked that hotel for the location but would not stay there for leisure, I arrived late, the reception staff was polite but cold, I had a room on the top floor and had to walk through a maze to reach my room, was small and a bit worn out. Too expensive for what it is.
Trousers press was not available as described in the website. It could have been better if Check-in time can be brought forward to 12 noon.
