Evaluations of Hotel Indigo BIRMINGHAM
excellent hotel - well worth considering - rooms have stunning views over Birmingham
Room was lovely, clean apart from fridge something spilt in it and had not been cleaned, floor to ceiling widows very impressive, bathroom lovely and clean, bed very comfortable had very good night sleep. Pool small but lovely, very relaxing and sauna/steam room just beside it, so you can go from one to other no problem.
All staff very friendly only area could improve is reception, as most of time could hear them moaning about people on phone or that they where trying to transfer calls to other parts of hotel and they where not picking up, It made you feel that when you walked away they would be moaning about you. It was probably the spa as tried myself several times myself to gets to through, no luck so sent email and in the end couldn't get appointment at all, so tip is book well in advance. Robes supplied clean but old and worn out.
Great location 5 minutes walk along the canal from the National Convention Centre and a short walk from New St Station. Fabulous view of the city from my room on the 27th floor.
