Gran Marquise Hotel is classified as a luxury 5-star hotel. It is situated on Avenida Beira Mar, on the Mucuripe beach, about 12 km from the center of Fortaleza, the Hotel offers a complete structure for business and vacation trips, has 230 rooms, a lobby bar, a swimming pool, a health club, a business center and spacious rooms for events with a capacity of up to 1,700 people. It also has three segmented restaurants: the Mucuripe Grill, specialized in pasta, risottos, salads, grilled meat and which, on Saturdays, serves the best feijoada in town, voted for eight consecutive years by the judge panel of the magazine Veja Fortaleza; the Mangostin, specialized in Thai, Chinese, Korean and Japanese cuisines; and the Nostradamus, which in 2010 received the award for best restaurant in the Northeast region by the Guia 4 Rodas.

The hotel has two restaurants, Mangostin and Mucuripe. At Mangostin customers can get to know the gastronomic secrets of Thailand, China, Korea and Japan, all of this mixed with some touches and secrets of our cuisine. Mucuripe restaurant is Gran Marquise Hotel’s flagship restaurant, where breakfast and lunch are served. The design and the decoration of the restaurant value symbols and artists from Ceará. The house specialty are grilled foods and dishes with a regional touch. On Saturdays the famous Feijoada buffet is served. On Sunday, northeastern gastronomy is the suggestion for lunch.
