Evaluations of Hôtel du Parc
Can't think of one. Perhaps that we survived it.
I am not a young man, I can estimate that in my lifetime I have spent about two thousand nights, on five continents in hotels. This one is among the worse I have been, and I can think about five other miserable place. The room is totally and entirely inadequate for spending a night. I could get into stuff like dirty bed sheet, falling apart bathroom, no elevator to the second floor (third in American counting) no room for anything, anywhere and so on. However, instead of that, I would compare it for the British or Australian folks that if you think an Accore Hotel as a five stars one, then this hotel is a one star. The American version is that if you think that the Motel 6 is a five star hotel, then this one is a one star. In case you need to choose to sleep in your car or in this hotel then you are better off taking a bad night in your car because at the end you don't fork out premium price for this dump.
Very quaint hotel. Nicely remodeled with a very comfortable atmosphere. Sitting outside on the hotel patio sipping a glass of the areas wines is very surreal.
Some of the rooms are a bit small, but that is to be expected based on the age of the building.
