Welcome to the Hotel Bahnhof in Ausserberg, in the middle of the hiking paradise Sonnige Halden with over 300 sunny days on an idyllic altitude of 1008 meters. Whether rest and relaxation or active holidays in nature, our unique location offers the perfect starting point. We are located at the Lötschberg Südrampe and are easily accessible by train, car and bus.

Special features of the hotel

There is a private dining room for up to 50 people, a rustic private dining Room for up to 21 people, a Restaurant and a large sunny terrace that seats 200 people We serve mostly specialities from the area and a vegetarian cuisine. A lot of our ingredients come from the hotel's own garden as well as from our vineyard. This area is well known for its wines and good cuisine. We make three Specialty Wines that are available depending on the season. The wines are Syrah, Lafnettscha and Muscat. We also have a unique rustic wine cellar for hosting group wine tastings. Almost all of our wooden chalet style rooms have south-facing balcony. Breakfast and Taxes are included.
