Evaluations of Hostelbar
Friendly staff. Clean room. Broken shower was fixed on the same day. Enough free parking space available on the streets around hotel. Huge benefit is that the hotel is in walking distance to the center.
After 6 pm you need to use the backdoor to enter. The way there is kind of dark. Noisy (but expected that from previous ratings). Opening hours of reception are limited (9-20).
Very friendly and helpful staff. Big room with huge window. Tram stop outside. Walking distance of Hbf - important when arriving at 0230!
Those trams again - noisy! Irritating that, because I expected to arrive finally after reception closed the first night, I had to get a taxi from and back to the Hbf in the morning to get a key. (But they do say: ´´Hostel not hotel´´, so can't say I wasn't warned.) Rear entrance difficult to find at night. When I did arrive the first night, the room had not been cleaned, so it was lucky that I was on my own and that the previous occupier was also a single person, so there was one clean bed. Had I had a companion, or had the previous occupier been a couple this would have been a serious problem late at night.
