Hotel location
Evaluations of Holiday Inn SHANGHAI DOWNTOWN
Great location in the close distance to the Shanghai Railways station and metro line 1+4.
There are no toothbrushes anymore in the hotel room. A new trend :( In addition the breakfast was only mediocre ~ Omlett was good but the rest of the buffet could have some more ´´freshness´´
Hotel Location is great. Easily Accessible to Shanghai Railway Station and Metro. Basically you slightly Pay more for the location than for the Hotel Room / Amenities.
Lighting in the hotel rooms is slightly old style and dull.
The hotel is close to downtown and Shaghai Railway Station and metro.
Soundproofing is not good and view was one of worst.
central of Shanghai
Old hotel, need to renovate soon
Quick access to railway station and various siteseeing location.
The ceiling is too short, hard for people taller than 6 feet
The location is very convinient.
Breakfast needs to be improved. Gym lacks of some more equipments.
Catering employees should take more trainings for more friendly, customer-oriented, skilled service.
Near the city center, price is OK
noise from the hallway can be heard inside the room
This is a good hotel. very close to Shanghai Railway Station. You don't need to hire a taxi, it's at a walk-able distance The room good and Decent. Food variety is also good.
Hospitality should be improved. Booking a Taxi from Hotel during Peak hours was really difficult. It took 45 Mins to get a Normal taxi
The hotel staff is really friendly. I had forgotten my neck pillow in the room during check-out. But when I revisited the hotel after two weeks, I got it back without any hassle.
