Evaluations of Holiday Inn LONDON - KENSINGTON FORUM
Price performance not in line. Breakfast horrible
Good location. Professional but friendly staff. Ambience just as one comes to expct from Holiday Inn. Reasonable sized rooms, compared to some of the rabbit hutches in the Stucco Fronted, bu very disappointing hotels in the Kensington neighbourhood
Scrambled egegs neeed a bit more zip!
Food is not good
Location perfect - Piccadilly line. Desk very courteous and helpful. Very efficient - and very popular with flight crews.
Very small 2 single bed room - but that may have only because of very limited availability, and i booked last minute.
The price quoted was not the paid price. In the small print they add on VAT and so it increased the hotel stay by £120. Be aware of the small print. I have stayed here before and this was not the case, this is possibly a new rule. Check the small print.
The location is one block away from the Gloucester tube station and a 15 minute walk from the Royal Albert Hall. The location can't be beat.
Dining in the hotel restaurant took nearly forty minutes from placing the order to getting the food. Then when I checked out, someone else's bottle of wine was on my bill. Also, the elevators are incredibly slow- on Tuesday morning, some people waited almost 30 minutes for elevators from high floors. Lastly, the charge for Internet usage at this hotel is nearly highway robbery.
Cleanliness excellent,Reception Staff excellent,Breakfast Staff and selection of food excellent,We found your staff to be efficient and knowledgeable and very helpful,my husband is receiving treatment for cancer at The Royal Marsden Hospital as you can imagine its a very stressful time for us as a family, your helpful staff made it less so for us.
The tap sink fitting was loose ,and the tea making tray was rather worn, windows were not clean on the outside
Friendly staff. Good breakfast spread.
Very large busy hotel, can queue for check in / out and breakfast. Not massive rooms but it is London.
The internet connection is way too expensive, should have been included in the tariff. considering connection to SAP network as lifeline. this was really a problem. free internet should have been negotiated price.
wasn't able to provide an invoice day before departure
