The bed is comfy

The front desk staff (day shift) were not friendly and were slightly sarcastic when I request early check in as a Gold Club member. Also the night shift staff said we could extend the stay up to 3- 4 pm as Gold club member however the morning staff say we can only extend to 2pm. Managed to talk to check out at 3pm. also the room smell moldy and the furniture were caving. Maybe some revamp or renovation is necessary. Also a suggestion that maybe the management could look into how the Holiday inn Pattaya treat the guess. It was always pleasant to stay there.

WiFi was slow, logged you off to often, I could not log in, needed to call x3 times for support, had to use another support login to be able to use in every case. Fan noise inside room was too high, you have no control over fan, it operates 24/7 (even when you turn aircon off). Fan inside bathroom also contibutes to noise as it operates 24/7. Path outside rooms is exposed aggregate concrete finish which is very noisy when luggage is wheeled over - to point where it wakes occupants up with guests arriving and departing

The first room was above the bar which meant loud music until 12 p.m. I asked for a change of rooms. The second one was rather quiet in the evening, but in the morning from 5:30 I heard at least 10 wake-up calls from all the rooms around. There was a slight smell in the room (maybe insecticides)but you got used to it after a while. Windows could not be opened. The fitness facilities are behind the golf court and about 10 min. away from the main building. I know that there are also rooms available with a terrace and view on the golf court.

They've forgotten to wake us up at 6 o'clock as the daz before and we nearly missed our flight!
