Hotel location
Evaluations of Holiday Inn GOLDEN MILE HONG KONG
location
good location
near many restaurants and bars
Recent renovation.
Heard water running non-stop.
Situated close to MTR station.
Noise from outside.
Location is great to go walking and shopping in Kowloon. Subway entrance across the street. Lots of good restaurants near by. Ratings based on one of the newly remodeled rooms.
Rooms are a little small.
The location.
The room smelled like mildew and I think it was form the HVAC system.
Great location (apart from being offered suits, hand bags and watches every time i walked out). Very central and easy access to anywhere you want to go. Generally good condition and the bar is really good.
Rooms aren't very clean. Hair and dirt everywhere. We moved and were put on a lower floor (6) that is closer to the streets. Very noisy from outside. Some asian visitors do not respect that there are other people staying in the hotel and for 3 nights there was constant door banging and noise from the corridor outside the room. My baby was woken up on several occassions. The hotel should remind guests to be respectful to other guests.
Location is somewhat convenient from the China Ferry terminal (although not my first choice - the other was full).
The place is in need of an upgrade. This is a lot of money to pay for a room that is somewhat wore out.
MTR station is across a street. Wide choice of breakfast.
Noise level in the room located close to elevators was too high. It was exchanged next day.
