Evaluations of Holiday Inn GLASGOW - CITY CTR THEATRELAND
Very central, very close to central Bus Station. My room was new and very good. Many choices for breakfast.
The Scrambled Eggs could be better.
The staff were extremely helpful. I am coeliac and was very impressed with the fact that they had gluten free toast for me each morning at breakfast.
Very friendly (and flexible) staff, even made me a Capuccino in the morning although they are only ´´supposed´´ to do filter coffee for breakfast :-)
very loud on main street. Lots of bottles being emptied into a large crate early in the morning which was better than any alarm clock.
Room was nice, location was perfect.
My Room was just facig towards Road side so this is why I had so much noise in room in sleeping time.
Everything about this hotel was excellent, certainly one of the best we have stayed in. The rooms were good and very clean, everything looked new. The staff were polite and helpful and the breakfast had a good selection of food, the hot food was good and hot and fresh. Would certainly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying there again.
We found the staff very helpful and on asking for access to our room earlier than 2 p.m. the rooms were available at 12 noon.
Location, friendliness of staff and overall quality of the room
The central heating in some rooms isn't working. The provide a small very noisy fan heater that you have to leave all night on to get warmer. It's not comfortable to arrive to the room and it feels like entering a fridge.
Very central and reasonably priced hotel.
Rather go to one of various cafes around the corner than spend 14 pounds on an unimaginative breakfast.
very central to city centre which is a real plus
room service needs to be 24 hour to compete with other major city standards
