Evaluations of Holiday Inn Express NEWCASTLE CITY CENTRE
Really friendly front of house
The 'new' bed was not so comfortable. But probably down to personal preference.
Friendly and very efficient staff + good location
Issues with getting Emails (outlook) working through VPN. I had take their top internet service. Internet provider Help Desk did not have a clue. But just going down to the local coffee shop or Bar -- I could connect and download the corporate mail. This download or sending of mail, while on VPN through the Holiday Inn express connection just was not possible. So not a place to stay for Business trips.
Friendly staff, good location
The staff were all welcoming and helpful
The noise of the traffic even though we were on the 5th floor.
There was a lot of noise with the pipes knocking all through the day and night. It sounded like the pipe was just behind the wall next to my head whilst in bed. Kept me awake.
Great Value for money , very comfatable beds.Good polite and helpfull staff. Good loaction for -Station City center shopping and Quayside bars and restaurants £5.50 by taxi. We will return
gret location, good value, friendly, helpful staff
extremely noisy from nearby traffic
Excellent value for money. £40 per room, including a breakfast, you can't beat that!
A very convenient place to stay. Would go back and stay again.A tidy hotel.
If only they could have at least a room service it would be excellent even just for an ´´express´´ hotel. A car park would do.
