The location is convenient to subway and restaurants/markets. (the reason to recommend this hotel if work requires subway access)

The rooms allow too much noise from hallway and adjacent rooms.

I arrived at the hotel and was told that even though I had reservations there was no room for me as the hotel was ´´oversold´´ // the front desk woman suggested I sleep in the room with the other Lufthansa employee staying at the hotel (a man who is my superior). I was told that the hotel could not do anything and that I had to contact BTMHotels for help. Finally, after over one hour, and much talking, one of the front desk employees said that there was a room that had been closed due to damage by the recent storm in NY and they would try to fix the room for me. The room that was finally available to me was clean and comfortable, but I was very upset at the situation.

Great that we could use internet and local calls for free, that really helps in a foreign city! Great idea. Nice that breakfast is included! Noises in our first room were badly, after switching the rooms (into 911) it was much better. Covers were dirty, from the beginning on three days long. Rest of the room was very clean.

The trash being produced during breakfast was extremely negative, almost shocking. In our days we should concern more about polution. If throwaway dishes must be used than rather take paper instead of polystyrene dishes. A better idea would be re-usable dishes, cups, knife, forks and spoons!
